Refunds & Exchanges
Please remember to place your order with utmost attention. All Nao Hair products are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted (Exchanges are made by unclean hair e.g. too much gray hair), first time exchanges are accepted without any shipment charges. Shipment charges will be made on all further exchanges. Because of hygienic reasons exchanges are accepted - only for items which are UNOPENED AND UNUSED; all exchanges must be returned in the original package. Exchanges on retail hair are to be made within 10 working days.
Wholesale Orders
Our wholesale orders start from 5kg. Because our wholesale products are customize according to specific description of our customers there are no refund and exchanges accepted. (Exchanges are made by unclean hair e.g. nets and too much gray hair) For wholesale orders outside the UK, we accept payment via Western Union or bank transfer (for other transfer options please contact our wholesale team).
Our wholesale orders can take up to 14 days for deliveries depending on the volume of the order, for more info please contact our wholesale team.
